    My name is Cuong, I am an engineering bachelor graduated from the University of Information Technology. I started my job here at Lampart since May of 2016 as a web developer.
    I enjoy reading books, communicating with others and sharing my personal knowledge and skills in aspect of both life and work.
  • Q2. What are your main duties?

    Currently, my main duties are building new features for the company project's system as well as analyzing and supporting its business logic.
    In addition to those main tasks, I currently participate in managing the company's education department, I am also responsible for the company electrical devices relating to its network infrastructure and server.

    From my point of view, Lampart provides a professional working-environment, the manager department always listen to every proposals or ideas from the company's employees and discuss comfortably about everythings.
    Beside that, the managers take good care of improving individuals' as well as team's aspects, always allow everyone to develope their skills and increase the ability to work together.

    Lampart is a pretty good company in term of prioviding working-environment, every members of the company support each other with everything they can.
    The employees also have an opportunity to work onsite in Japan, learning more about woking-style and improving professional skills, which is a really big chance for any individuals.
  • Q5. What kind of times do you feel the worth or satisfaction in your work?

    When I accomplish my tasks with full-effort and help my team to provide the customer the high-quality products, which some time exceeds their expectation.
  • Q6. What kind of things do you enjoy or feel difficult in your work?

    I can take part in various issues in Lampart, not just working as an programming engineer.
    I can host events for teams or even the company's big events, experiencing different positions and learn a lot from those tasks.
    I feel very happy working here.

    I am trying my hardest to strengthen my personal skills, aiming for the company's Team Leader position as soon as I feel ready for it.

    My full name is Cu Thi Chau. I belong to QC department. I am 27 years old and I have 5 years of experience in this field, Software Quality Control.
  • Q2. What are your main duties?

    The duty of myself and my teammates is assure the quality and reduce the risks of products before transferring them to customers; Moreover, our customers feel reassured and satisfactory when they use our products. To us, this is our lodestar, our main purpose.

    The thing I decide to go with Lampart is the viewpoints and those are:
    - Perspective on sustainability: the recognition of importance of product’s quality, that is the key leads to the sustainability of service and providing product sector.
    - Perspective on success : Success is not only built from one unit but also from the efforts and connection of parts. Each member is one of the keys to succeed.

    Lampart has new visions and catches up with the development, and this company is a young, dynamic, and creative environment.

    When customers use our products with the satisfaction, it means that we make sure of the best quality products.

    The thing I like most is I can work in a community with my colleagues who are passionate and devoted.
    When it comes to any problem, we still try to bring to our customers the best products on time. Moreover, we always have the support from our management department.

    I would like to improve my professional knowledge in quality control field, and automation test technology. The development of the company is always associated with the growth of individuals. I would like to develop the QC department in the next 2 years with the growth of the company.

    My name is Truc, after finished study abroad in Japan, I came back to Vietnam and worked as BrSE for more than 3 years, then I became a member of Lampart company.
    My hobbies are researching, using new applications, software which developed by new technologies, reading books and go sightseeing.
  • Q2. What are your main duties?

    My main work is contact directly to Japanese customers for reporting the process as well as the problem of project, discuss about the details of issues related to technical requirements, coordinate and manage project's human resource, project's cost during project developing period. Moreover, I'm in charge of training, supporting new members for participation directly in the project I manage.

    Besides these application, software which developed by Java, C, Objective-C language, I want to gain some more experiences in projects that developed by new language so I chose Lampart company.I also want to work with Japanese who live in Vietnam, so I decide to join to Lampart.

    Lampart is an Outsourcing company, the working environment and working atmosphere are quite comfortable, staffs are friendly and sociable. In addition to focusing on projects, at Lampart there are a lot of activities that I believe that necessary to create good teamwork, technical exchanges as well as other experiences in daily works.

    When my project team finished the project with the satisfaction of the customer, I feel like there is a motivation to start another project.

    I feel happy when studying, sharing techniques from experienced SE, from all members at Lampart.

    The development of IT increase more and more at present, with these engineers in Lampart, I want to develop systems which bring high satisfaction to customers. About myself, I will continue to research, experience, and participate in projects that developed by new languages...
  • Q1. Simple self-introduction

    My name's Ha Nguyen Anh Thu. I come from Vung Tau.
    After graduating from Oriental Studies of Ho Chi Minh City University of Social Sciences and Humanities i have been working as Japanese Translator for about 5 years.
    During the 5 years working in Japanese company, I've learned a lot of things and I especially love the way that Japanese always wonder whether things they do which affect other people or not.
    I really love Tea so i often ask my team to drink.

    Now i work as IT communicator in Lampart.
    My job is supporting languages for company's projects.
    Example: translating specification document, Q&A, interpreting team meeting, explanation meeting...
  • Q3. What made you decide to join Lampart?

    2 years ago I wanted to work in a IT Company, so I searched for companies which were looking for IT communicator.
    When looking for employment information, I was attracted by the logo of the Lampart because I love green color.
    After looking through job description, I found that if I work here I can not only translate documents but also interpret in meetings.
    Practicing both translation and interpreting skills is an important criterion for finding my job.
    And so I tried to apply and then work here.

    A company where all groups work together happily, everyone always be friendly and help each other in work.
  • Q5. What kind of times do you feel the worth or satisfaction in your work?

    It is "politeness", "enthusiasm", "interact" and "being good at listening" of members in the project team.
    The "politeness" makes me feel be respected.
    The "enthusiasm", "interact" make it easy to confirm with others what I do not know in the process of work.
    "Being good at listening" of members make the projects proceed smoothly.
    Each time the projects were successfully released and everyone was happy, i feel motivational for the next works.
  • Q6. What kind of things do you enjoy or feel difficult in your work?

    My major is Japanese so I don't know much about IT knowledge.
    If it is technically intensive communication, the engineers or QC will take a bit of time to explain it to me, so it takes time when have contacting or confirming between Japan and Vietnam.

    In the near future, I hope I can understand more about the projects which I'm participating.
    In the future, I would like to have a chance to try out projects that have direct contact with customers, not just intra-company communication.

    My name is Chau Nguyen, I am 25 years old. I am graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Social Sciences and Humanities with a bachelor of Japanese Studies . I have the experience of studying Japanese for 5 years. In that period, I had got a chance to be an exchange student in Kobe - Japan for a year. I like to communicate and broaden knowledge, working skills.

    I am working as a general affairs staff. In my daily job, I have to handle multiple areas of work.
    For example
    + supporting employees, and foreign workers also,
    + preparing investment procedures when incurred,
    + organizing events,
    + creating labor contracts,
    + translating, interpreting..etc

    The main reason is probably because I am especially attracted by potential development of Lampart. At present, Lampart has entered the development stage, so there are many positive changes. For me, working at a company like that is very excited I also learn a lot of skills and knowledge from completed tasks.

    After five years of development, Lampart is still not a really big company, but there are so many wonderful things such as: having a meaningful job, having great colleagues, having a boss who cares about the staffs, and having a "cozy space" which make you feel like being home

    In my job, I can see that my efforts bring good results for not only the company but also my team and other employees as well.

    Every job has its own joys and difficulties. To me, the happiest thing of doing this job is to doing the things I like, and doing different things.
    However, there are some difficulties such as crazy-busyness or insufficient knowledge to handle the job.

    In the future, I would like to keep going with this job and cultivate more knowledge related to the job, and become a human resources specialist.
