I arrived in December, 2016 for doing organization reinforcement, quality and productivity improvement in an offshore company based on using the experiences which participated in information system development, maintenance and practical use for more than 30 years in Japan. With Vietnamese young staffs, I’ll plan for reinforcement, expansion company and offer the most efective merits to customers by small cost.

By sharing his knowledge, everyone will gradually improves his proficiency. From my point, the better staff proficiency improves, the better our company grows. Besides, our company usually arrange activities to build up staff relationship, namely annual team building trips, sporting events, and office parties… Lampart’s management team always try our best to create a dynamic and friendly work environment, where each staff can achieve their own goals and dreams.
I was born in 1980 in Fukuoka, Japan. After graduate, I moved Tokyo and changed my interest from FB industry to IT industry. I started with part-time Web-Media job, then PG, SE,PL, PM and other managing position gradually. From 2013 on, I’ve been a permanent offshore staff in Ho Chi Minh City. As a SE and a manager in offshore site, I’m in charge of designing and directing. I try to get better every day, in order to provide our clients best technologies…

Since graduating and starting to work, I have been worked in many software development projects with different languages ​​and fields, participating in many different roles in the project. I have also learned a lot of experience from colleagues, superiors, the process used in the project and always improve myself. And when I join Lampart, along with the development and growth of the company, I’d like to contribute myself based on my experiences and abilities to develop the company and towards many high goals more than. Desiring to contribute and build a growing software development department, solidarity staff, sharing environment and a variety of different techniques and technologies to meet the best customer requirements as well as the strict requirements and flexible according to each customer.

Experienced in large public system development. Moved to Canada to become bilingual engineer and helped establishing IT venture company as full stack engineer. After moving back Japan, joined large security software company and acted as online marketing manager, IT project manager, Security Manager. Moved to Vietnam in 2014 to join online research company as CTO, managing IT departement and helped startup Offshore development. From April 2020, I Joined Lampart to contribute enlarge company enhance IT department organization. I am trying my best to deliver valuable solution and service that we only can provide, not only price benefit.
